Performance Schedule

Doors open 1 hour before each main performance. For evening shows starting at 19:30, doors open at 18:00. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.

Yes! Most ticket tiers include access to all venues within the Grand Vendome Hall complex. The only exceptions are the Master Class sessions which have limited capacity and require separate registration.

Smart casual attire is recommended for most events. The Grand Gala Dinner on Day 3 is a black-tie event requiring formal attire. We encourage attendees to dress elegantly to match the prestige of the occasion.

Most performances are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 8 and above. Some evening events may have age restrictions (18+), which will be clearly indicated in the schedule. The exhibitions are suitable for all ages.

Photography is permitted in the foyers, exhibitions, and social areas. However, photography and recording are strictly prohibited during performances to respect the artists and other attendees. Professional media must obtain press credentials in advance.

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Between 30 and 7 days, a 50% refund is offered. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Contact our support team for assistance.
