The Vendome Prize seeks out, rewards, supports, and guides future professional artists who are technically perfect, magnetic, original, ambitious, in possession of a large repertoire and willing to endure the rigours of performance on tour.
At the postgraduate stage of their development, young artists need help, advice, funding, and a chance to prove themselves on the concert stage.
The Vendome Prize extends help to those who don’t win prizes that it considers particularly talented through living allowances, scholarships, travel grants, concert appearances, career advice and recommendations to leading teaching institutions.
