Are exhibitions included with my ticket?

Yes! All ticket tiers include unlimited access to the Heritage & Innovation Exhibition and the Faces of Culture photo exhibition throughout the three-day event. No separate registration is required for exhibitions.

How do I register for Master Classes?

Master Classes require separate registration due to limited capacity (30 participants per session). Premium and VIP ticket holders receive priority registration 2 weeks before public availability. Standard ticket holders can register for master classes at an additional fee.

Is there a dress code for the gala events?

The Grand Gala Dinner on Day 3 is a black-tie event requiring formal attire. The Opening Night After-Party and Winner's Celebration have smart-casual dress codes. We encourage attendees to dress elegantly to match the prestige of the occasion.

Can I attend events without a main event ticket?

Yes! We offer standalone tickets for certain events including exhibitions (free), master classes, and gala dinners. However, we recommend purchasing a main event ticket for the complete Vendome Prize experience at a better value.

Are the panel discussions available online?

Yes! The "Future of Cultural Arts Panel" is a hybrid event available both in-person and via livestream. Virtual tickets are available at a reduced price. Recordings will be available for 30 days after the event for all ticket holders.

What's the refund policy for events?

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Between 30 and 7 days, a 50% refund is offered. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Master Class registrations follow the same policy.
